Precautions before using the machine
Share
1. Prohibited actions or operations - may cause equipment damage or safety accidents!
· Do not touch the power switch or start button with wet hands.
·Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling, modifying core components, changing programs or parameters without authorization.
·If the equipment has any faults such as abnormal noise, material leakage, motor over- heating, abnormal display screen, etc., it must be stopped immediately and forced operation is prohibited.
·It is strictly forbidden to fill acidic or alkaline materials to avoid corrosion of the pump or other parts in contact with liquids.
·It is strictly forbidden to fill materials containing hard particles or impurities to avoid damage to the machine.
2. Warning - Strictly follow the instructions. Failure to do so may cause malfunctions or safety hazards!
·Before operation, please check that the power cord is intact, otherwise it may cause leakage and electric shock.
·Before filling, make sure the four corners of the equipment are flat and stable, otherwise it will affect the filling accuracy and equipment operation stability.
·Before filling, must strictly check whether the parts are assembled correctly and the connections are firm. Otherwise, it will easily cause the equipment to discharge liquid intermittently and the filling volume to be inaccurate.
·If liquid drips onto the transparent acrylic scale pan during operation and needs to be cleaned, the device must be turned off or switched to manual mode to avoid accidental triggering in automatic mode, which may cause the machine to start discharging liquid by mistake.
3. Pay attention - extend the life of the equipment and ensure the user experience!
·This equipment is specially designed for filling highly viscous liquids. It has a large pump cavity and slow speed, and cannot directly pump water or liquids with low viscosity.
·After each use, it is recommended to clean the delivery pipeline, pump cavity and liquid outlet in time to avoid residual solidification of materials, which may affect the next normal use.
·Record filling parameters of different materials (such as filling weight and speed) to facilitate quick debugging next time.
·After long-term use, if the filling weight error increases, you need to promptly check whether the sealing of all parts of the equipment is in good condition, and contact professionals to calibrate the weight sensor or repair the equipment to ensure filling accuracy.
·Do not use this product under the following circumstances: If the device is dropped, damaged by impact, dropped into water, or otherwise experiences a malfunction, such as a black screen, malfunctioning gears, or motor failure, immediately disconnect the power cord, stop using the device, and promptly contact a qualified technician to return the product to a repair center for a thorough inspection and repair. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.
·If the device is not in use for an extended period, it is recommended to disconnect the power cord, drain any remaining liquid from the pipes, and cover with a dust proof cloth. Before restarting, check all connections for loose connections and ensure that the pipes are clear. Once these are confirmed, reconnect the device.
