F. Water cannot be pumped in?
This machine is designed for highly viscous liquids.
The pump chamber is large and the speed is slow. It cannot pump water directly;
F. Abnormal priming/filling (inability to pump liquid, intermittent liquid discharge)?
1. Retighten the clamp.
2. Check the lower end of the inlet pipe.
3. Refill the pump until sufficient liquid is available.
Refill the pump chamber with liquid. Clean the filter and other components.
F. The start button cannot be pressed?
1. Switch to manual filling mode. (Pressing the "Start" button in automatic mode will not work.)
2. Check and adjust the filling weight and speed(Ensure they are not 0 and have not reached the set weight.)
F. Drip problem at the outlet?
1. "Back Suction Time" Adjustment Method: Refer to the user manual for adjustment instructions.
2. Inspect the nozzle valve; if it is not installed, install it; if it is damaged, replace it.
F. Inaccurate filling accuracy due to weight control?
1. If the error is large, adjust it using "weight compensation": Refer to the user manual for adjustment instructions.
2. Adjust the rectifier valve to approximately 2 cm above the bottle opening.
3. Check that all four corners of the device are level and place it on a level surface, or replace it with a suitable surface to reduce vibration.
F. The device automatically restarts (triggering the protection mechanism)?
1.Please change/reduce the viscosity of the liquid.
2.Please filter the liquid and remove any debris. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the device.
F. Real-time weight deviation is too large (Sensor failure)? The power light is on but the device is not responding or the start button is unresponsive?
Please stop using the device immediately and contact the official after-sales service for repairs.
