Warranty terms

I. Warranty Scope

1. Free Warranty Service

 Term Conditions:

· One year from the date of purchase, or until the cumulative filling volume reaches 300,000 bottles (calculated at 500g/bottle), whichever comes first.

 Service Content:

· For malfunctions caused by quality issues within the warranty period, free repair services and replacement of original parts (excluding consumable parts) are provid- ed(the specific service scope is subject to the manufacturer's current policies).

2. Warranty Proof Requirements

 When applying for warranty service, users must provide:

· Valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice, screenshot of the official order),

· Device serial number (usually marked on the nameplate on the back of the device). Failure to provide these documents may affect warranty coverage.

II. Warranty Calculation

· With proof of purchase: The warranty period begins on the actual purchase date as recorded on the proof of purchase.

· Without proof of purchase: The warranty period begins 12 months after the pro- duction date corresponding to the serial number on the nameplate on the back of the device. For equipment beyond the aforementioned period, the manufacturer still provides paid repair services. Specific costs are subject to the pre-repair quote. The cost of specialized repair procedures for high-viscosity liquid filling will be calculated based on actual circumstances.

III. Disclaimer (Circumstances Not Covered by Free Warranty) Failures or damage caused by the following circumstances are not covered by the free warranty, and the user is responsible for the repair costs:

1. Improper Operation

· Failure to install, commission, or operate according to the procedures specified in the manual for the characteristics of high-viscosity liquids, or overloading (e.g., the total weight of high-viscosity liquid filled exceeds the equipment's specified capaci- ty, or operation exceeds the rated viscosity range of the gear pump);

· Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the equipment structure, especially core components such as the gear pump, or replacement of non-original accessories (such as motors, sensors, seals, control systems, etc.) that are not suitable for high-viscosity liquid filling.

2. Natural Wear and External or Force Majeure Factors

⑴ Normal wear and tear of vulnerable parts (such as shut-off valves);

⑵ Environmental or power supply issues:

· Voltage exceeding the rated range of the device, failure to use a voltage stabilizer, ambient temperature/filled liquid not meeting the specifications (e.g., prolonged use in an environment with temperatures exceeding 70° C or relative humidity exceeding 70% RH), or the properties of the filled high-viscosity liquid exceeding the specified range (e.g., excessive hard particles or corrosive components);

⑶ Accidents or Force Majeure:

· Accidents or Force Majeure: Damage caused by collision, drop, damage, accidental leakage of high-viscosity liquid, natural disasters (such as earthquakes and floods), or third-party liability.

1. Other Circumstances (Paid Repair Service Available):

· Failure to present a valid product warranty card, receipt of purchase, or invoice;

· Damage caused by accident or improper use;

· Paid service is available after the warranty period has expired. Fees are subject to the quotation.

· Warranty card information is incomplete, altered, or lacks the manufacturer's/distrib- utor's official seal; unauthorized repairs; misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid ingress, accidents, alterations; or removal, alteration, or removal of labels or anti-counterfeiting markings

· Gear pump malfunctions such as clogging or wear due to the filling medium not meeting the specified high-viscosity liquid type.

I. Warranty Procedure

1. If the equipment malfunctions, please immediately shut down and contact official after-sales service for repair (for malfunctions with core components such as the gear pump, it is recommended to first record a video of the malfunction for preliminary evaluation).

2. When reporting a repair, you must provide: the product warranty card, device model, serial number, gear pump core component number, a detailed description of the mal- function (including a video and parameters showing the type and viscosity of the liquid being filled), and a photo of your proof of purchase.

3. For non-warranty malfunctions, after-sales service will inform you of the cost (including special repair costs for high-viscosity liquid filling equipment) in advance and will only proceed with repair after confirmation from the user.

4. After each repair, the maintenance personnel will complete a "Product Repair Record" detailing the repaired components (especially those related to the gear pump) and the repair details. The user must sign and retain a copy.

II. Special Notes

· Unauthorized repairs (such as third-party disassembly or modification, especially of the gear pump's core structure) will void the warranty, and the manufacturer assumes no liability.

· We recommend purchasing consumable parts and accessories specifically designed for high-viscosity liquid filling from the manufacturer's designated channels to ensure equipment performance and compatibility. Failures caused by unauthorized use of non-designated accessories are not covered by the warranty.

· Users must pay special attention to operating procedures, environmental compatibil- ity, and retain documentation to protect their warranty rights.

· To ensure your issue is addressed accurately, we recommend prioritizing direct contact via the following after-sales email to initiate your warranty request:
